Install from Chrome — not WhatsApp

1. Delete any old rentbee-*.apk from Downloads
2. Chrome → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data (Cached images & files)
3. Open this page in Chrome on your Android phone
4. Wait until the green check above confirms server size
5. Tap Download — file must be exactly 70479780 bytes
6. In Downloads, confirm size matches before opening
7. Uninstall any old RentBee build first
8. Allow Install unknown apps for Chrome when prompted
9. Open the downloaded APK from your notification or Downloads folder

If size is wrong (e.g. ~67 MB instead of ~69 MB), the file is truncated — do not install. WhatsApp and Telegram often corrupt APK files and cause “problem parsing the package”.
